Trainer : Simran Wester
Simran lives in Hamburg, Germany. She encountered NVC in the nineties and became a certified trainer in 2004. Having participated in several IITs as a trainer, also together with Marshall Rosenberg, she is the founder of the Hamburger Institut für Gewaltfreie Kommunikation, a collaboration of several NVC trainers to spread NVC in Northern Germany. Originally a Kundalini Yoga teacher and teacher trainer, she loves to combine NVC with Yoga: “To me, NVC is yoga in communication. It’s all about being present, compassionate and authentic.” Her spiritual background as a Sikh guides her to see the “One in everyone”.
As a self-employed trainer for NVC she has offered hundreds of workshops and year long trainings to a large variety of people. She supports certification candidates as a mentor. It is important to her to convey NVC not so much as a method but as an inner attitude. “The intellectual understanding is important, but the somatic experience is what brings the shift. Reconciliation and peace begin inside, continue with close people and spread into the larger community.” Her passion lies in supporting people to find reconciliation in close relationships, between parents and children and between partners.
Price per person: 250 lei / €55 or of you book for two then the price is 400 lei /€90.
