Do current world events stimulate confusion in you? Are you anxious and unclear about how you will cope with the situation? Are you having trouble keeping inner connection and being clear about what is best to do? Do you feel lonely and isolated working from home or being stuck in your house for days?

We are offering a 2.5-hours, practical, online workshop to support anyone who answered Yes to one or more of these questions. It is based on Nonviolent Communication and will introduce you to a Self-Connection Process, specifically designed to:
• Help you distinguish between reality and the stories created by your mind
• Harness your feelings as constructive feedback and energy for action
• Clarify what’s most important for you in any given situation
• Identify realistic action you can take.

What you will get from the workshop:
• Greater clarity about your inner state during this challenging period
• 3 practical tools you can use daily to sustain an empowering connection with yourself

You don’t need to know anything about Nonviolent Communication as we have designed it for everyone. If you already are familiar with NVC we are confident this workshop will bring some new ideas or perspectives.

When:
Tuesday, 14th of April 2020, from 18:30 to 21:00 Romania time (16:30 to 19:00 CET).

The trainers:

Ian Peatey:

Ian first met Marshall in 2001 starting a personal transformation connecting with his deeper core and changing pretty much every aspect of his life. Originally from the UK, he currently lives in Bucharest, Romania where, together with his wife, he is building a thriving NVC community. He has been a Certified Trainer since 2008.

He is passionate about sharing NVC to build thriving and sustainable relationships in families and in organisations, drawing on his extensive experience as a parent (3 daughters) and a trainer and coach in the business world.

Octavian Istrate:

Octavian is from Iași and found about Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in 2010. He used it in his personal and professional life for a few years, and then in 2017 he started sharing it with others through courses, workshops and practice groups. Little by little, this passion grew and became his main professional activity. From January 2019 he is a certified trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication, USA.

His aim is to share the principles and tools of NVC to as many people as possible. This comes from a desire to contribute to a world in which we all have more understanding and compassion towards each other, more cooperation and ultimately more peace and harmony.

In his courses and workshops he approaches different themes, the most important of them being: self-connection and our relationship to ourselves, the integration of NVC in organizations and the mediation between two persons that are in a conflict.
